SHIPPING

all orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days from time of purchase. all orders are shipped via USPS and packaged with care. all items will be insured, so please let us know if your item arrives damaged along with photos. International shipping can take longer due to customs.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

all our products are handcrafted in Michigan by us. because of the natural state of wood, each item is unique. we do not offer returns or exchanges. if your item arrives damaged please email a description along with photos within 7 days of receipt to treecitywoodwrights@gmail.com and we will help to fix the problem. we stand by our products and know that you will love them as much as we do.

CARE

hand wash all wood products. do not put them in the dishwasher or allow them to soak in water. we treat all our boards with butcher block oil or food safe mineral oil to protect the wood and bring out the natural beauty of the wood. we recommend that they be retreated periodically to protect the wood and maintain their appearance.
